Yoga
Yoga means in Hindu “union”: with yourself, the others and the energy of the astounding Cycladic nature of Milos island.. The adoption of specific bodily postures, guided meditation and breathing techniques are widely adopted for health and relaxation.

Ayurveda
Ayurvedic philosophy is a traditional body of healing practices native to India, which uses a range of treatments, including yoga, pharmacy and correct natural dietary principles, to stimulate wellbeing, health, and harmony.

Chakra meditation
Chakra meditation is an ancient wellness practice designed to unlock the energy centers (chakras) in our bodies. Chakra meditation promotes balance and harmony within these energy centers, reducing stress and helping us achieve a greater sense of inner peace.

Doshas review
During the retreat you will e able to appreciate the periodical evaluation of your Doshas, the elements responsible for everyone’s physiological, mental, and emotional health, and the progress of your wellbeing during your staying in Milos.

Paneurhythmy
Paneurhythmy is a system of physical musical exercises focused on achieving inner balance and harmonization. The emphasis of the exercises is on giving and receiving, with the goal of creating a conscious exchange with the forces of nature.

Pranayama
Pranayama is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths. It has more recently gained popularity because of its many health benefits.
